3. What information we collect
When you fill out our quote form, we collect:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Project type
- Project description (optional)
No information is collected automatically: no advertising tracking cookies, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels.
4. Why we collect this information
Your information is used solely to:
- Follow up on your quote request
- Prepare a custom estimate for your project
- Provide commercial follow-up if you confirm interest
5. Retention period
Your information is retained for a maximum of 24 months after your last interaction with us, after which it is securely deleted. You may request early deletion at any time (see section 7).
6. Who we share your information with
No one. Your information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
We use no subcontractor for processing your personal data. Our website is hosted by Hostinger in Canada.
7. Your rights
Under Quebec Law 25, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Right of rectification: have inaccurate information corrected
- Right to be forgotten: have your information deleted
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time
- Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format
- Right to complain: to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec

9. Information security
We implement the following security measures:
- Data encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS 1.3)
- Hosting on Canadian servers (Hostinger Canada)
- Restricted data access: only authorized personnel
- Daily encrypted backups
10. Transfer outside Quebec
Your personal information is stored and processed in Canada. No transfer outside Quebec jurisdiction is performed without a prior Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) and your explicit consent, in accordance with section 17 of Law 25.
11. Privacy breach
In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a serious risk of harm, we commit to:
- Inform you as soon as possible
- Notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec
- Maintain a register of confidentiality incidents

This policy may be updated. The last update date is shown at the top of the page. Major changes will be notified by email if we have your address.
